UK Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Please visit our Return Center to process a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached. If your items show signs of wear or are damaged, we cannot accept a return.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
You will need to cover the cost of postage, unless the item is faulty.
Please ensure you send your parcel back via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via email: customercare@luxetones.com
We will refund you via your original payment method within 7 working days.

International Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process for our international customers.

How to Ship Your Return

Customs Declaration: When completing the customs declaration, you must tick "returned goods" to avoid additional charges.

Postage: You are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a local courier and a signed-for service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
If your order is received back outside of the 28-day timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse your return and send it back to you.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund will be for the cost of the jewellery only; original postage is non-refundable. If your order no longer qualifies for free shipping after the return, we reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund.

Exchanges: For international exchanges, a £8.00 invoice will be sent to cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
