RETURNS AND REFUNDS  

We hope you love your order but we understand that there might be an occasion where you’d like to return something to us. 

We are happy to issue a refund on unused and unworn items that are returned within 28 days of purchase, excluding earrings, unless they are faulty. 

You will need to cover the cost of postage, unless the item is faulty. 

Please ensure you send your parcel back via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via email: customercare@luxetones.com

We will refund you via your original payment method within 7 working days.

Please visit our Return Center to process a return. 

 

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON EARRINGS UNLESS FAULTY.

  

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
